Yes. Homeworks Construction is a full-service design-build general contractor. We manage every phase of your project in-house, including architectural design, permitting, and construction, with no outside referrals required. We have an architect and draftsmen on staff.

Yes. Homeworks Construction designs and builds Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Ohana Units on Oahu. We manage the full process including design, permitting under Hawaii’s ADU regulations, and construction.

The company is also EPA Lead Safe Certified, and staff hold certifications including Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), Master Certified Green Professional, and OSHA 40-Hour Safety certification.
