Build New or Redo? Not only is it the name of Homeworks weekly radio show on AM 830 hosted by Rick Hamada. But it is also, the one of the questions we hear the most when talking to clients that have a lot of work to be done but are having a hard time deciding whether to tear the home down or not. There are many factors that can play into the decision whether its the burden of moving out of your existing home while its torn down or strictly budgetary, Homeworks will work with you to achieve your goals. With this family home Homeworks went back and fourth exploring options of which choice would be better suited for them. The final outcome was to “REDO” and this meant a complete renovation of all of the rooms in the home, all of the bathrooms, the kitchen, the flooring and ceiling, fixtures and the exterior all played a part in this Honolulu Remodel.
